Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@amelierose-london.com within this period.
  • The costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
  • In the case of a defective product, we will refund the shipping costs for its return.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we aim to process the refund within 14 business days. It is not permitted to request or receive a refund before the order has been delivered to you and/or has been received and inspected by us. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refunded amount will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Products should be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Please ensure that returns are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Responsibility

  • Amélie & Rose is not responsible for delays or damage that occur during the transit of returned items.
  • We recommend checking your package within 24 hours of receipt and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
  • All returns shall be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.

Replacements (Important)

  • If a replacement item has been provided and accepted, the original order is considered fully resolved.
  • In such cases, no further refund will be issued for either the original or the replacement item, unless the replacement itself is faulty or incorrect.
  • This approach complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that once a replacement has been accepted, the consumer’s right to a refund for the same issue no longer applies.
  • Any shipping contributions paid for dispatching a replacement are non-refundable once the replacement has shipped.
