What if the color of an ordered item is a little different from what i saw online?
Our products are photographed by the camera, without adding any filters to the picture. Product color difference depends on your phone or computer screen, but if you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to do a return or exchange.

Orders & delivery
How do i know if my order went through?
After an order is placed, we'll send an order confirmation to your email immediately. If any mistakes were made in ordering, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the situation. If you haven't received an email, please check your SPAM filter in your email first and then contact us.
I need to change something on my order, how can i do this?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We process and ship orders quickly (one business day to ship items that are in stock). Once the parcel has been processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.
When will i receive my order?
Most shipments take 7-9 working days. We always provide you with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel realtime. If the dispatch is taking way longer than planned, we will inform you by email.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in the delivery of an order. You can always check the status of your order via the following link:

If you didn’t receive your parcel after 3 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will attend to you.
I am missing some products in my order, how is that possible?
Sometimes it is possible that products will arrive seperatly, because our team works in different warehouses.
If any items are missing from your order, please wait 2-3 before contacting us. Most probably the rest of the items will arrive within these days. If the rest of the items are not there within 3-4 days, please contact us thru email.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
How high are the shipping costs?
We are responsible for the shipping costs of the order.
*Sometimes we give away some FREE items as a promotion. We charge €6.95 for shipping to cover the costs.
Returns & exchanges
What should i do if the size is different from what i ordered?
Please note that the measurement shown on the size chart is around 1-2 cm tolerance. Every product has its size chart on the page, and we use the measurement of cm to measure the product. If they don't fit you well, you could return the items. (Please check our return policy)
I am not satisfied with my order, can i return it?
Yes, if you’re not satisfied you can return the order, if it is undamaged and unused. You have 30 days to return your order (partially), which takes effect from the moment your order is received.Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings & Necklace, Socks and Caps.
