Orders placed before 17:00 will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 working days. During weekdays, we aim to process orders within one day, but orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time for the UK is 7-9 working days from dispatch. Please note that this is an indication and delivery times may vary depending on your location or any customs delays.

Ordertracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace link. This allows you to easily track your package and see when it will be delivered.

Returns

Not satisfied with your order? You can contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@amelierose-london.com for instructions on how to return your order. Please note that return costs are at your own expense.
