How can I be sure my order has been placed?
Once you have placed an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provided. Please check that all details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if there are any errors. Did you not receive an e-mail? Then take a look in your SPAM folder. Don't find anything there either? Then contact us.
When can I expect my order?
For shipments within the UK, we maintain a delivery time of 7-9 working days. You will always receive a track & trace code to track your package in real time. Should the shipment take longer than expected, we will keep you informed via e-mail.

How long will it take to get my money back?
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 working days. You can track the status of your return via the track & trace of your chosen carrier, which allows you to see when the package arrived at our warehouse.
The processing time of 14 working days starts when the return reaches our warehouse. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive confirmation of this by e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the amount to be visible in your bank account.
